Born under a family of small business owners, my goal is to invigorate businesses by guiding them through their tax and accounting struggles.

I’m Taylor Vo, and I am part owner of Vo & Ouk CPA LLC. We strive to help local business owners in the greater Texas area with a high degree of expertise, competence, and integrity. Raised in a family of entrepreneurs, I saw the difficulties that my family experienced when handling their taxes and accounting. I would assist my family through these financial challenges, which led to my passion of helping others in the same situation. Helping people with their taxes is now my commitment and fulfills my purpose in life.

With 8 years of public accounting experience, I plan to take the knowledge and expertise gained and apply it to empowering small businesses like my parent’s.

Outside of work, I enjoy sweating it out on the dance floor with my dance group UNASON, trying out new recipes in my kitchen, and collecting and trading valuable pop culture items.

My name is Vonida Ouk, and I am part owner of Vo & Ouk CPA LLC. We take great pride in serving our community of business owners in the Texas area with a high degree of care, professionalism, and quality of service. Growing up in an immigrant family, I witnessed firsthand just how confusing the world of tax and accounting could be for small business owners–let alone ones who spoke English as a second language. I would eventually follow in my parents’ footsteps and open a bakery, where I too, experienced my own difficulties when it came to filing and understanding my taxes. It was here that my passion to help small business owners was born and would lead me to where I am today.

With 10 years of public and industry accounting under my belt, I have returned to my roots with the purpose of helping small businesses like my family’s.

Outside of being a CPA, I enjoy discovering the world by foot through hiking, testing my physical limits in the gym, and escaping reality with video games.
